Call BLSH*T, Get a Free Burger in LA Next Weekend — No Lie

If you’ve ever wished your ability to sniff out lies earned you free food, now’s your time. On Saturday, June 7, Poker Face on Peacock is bringing back its delightfully chaotic “BLSH*T Day” to Los Angeles — this time, with a whole city’s worth of burgers on the line.

Here’s the (very real) deal — show up to one of thirteen participating burger spots around LA—including favorites such as The Win~Dow, Heavy Handed, Irv’s Burgers, and Burgers Never Say Die —and yell “BLSHT!” like you’re channeling Charlie Cale herself. If you’re one of the first in line, you’ll walk away with a free BLSH*T Burger or  a vegetarian-friendly No BLSH*T Burger, or a Side of Lies — courtesy of Poker Face and Peacock. You can find the full list over on Instagram, which is probably your best bet for scoping out where to go (and how early to line up).

Burgers will be slung from 12pm until 6pm, or until supplies run dry (which they absolutely will). No online orders, no second chances. It’s just pure, unfiltered first-come, first-served burger chaos.

If you’re unfamiliar, Charlie Cale — played by Natasha Lyonne (Orange Is the New Black, But I’m a Cheerleader, Russian Doll) — is a human BLSH*T detector and the messy, magnetic center of Poker Face, a case-of-the-week mystery series now in its second season on Peacock. It’s campy, clever, and more than a little bit obsessed with diners, dive bars, and blue-collar grit — which makes this whole burger stunt feel entirely on brand.

BLSH*T Day is a rare crossover event where your inner skeptic actually gets rewarded with a free burger and a side of theatrical flair.

Bottom line is that you call BLSH*T, get a burger. No strings, no scams, no actual lies. Just one gloriously weird afternoon in LA — and the kind of promo that makes living here feel like a game you just won.
